Photo & Likeness Consent
Last updated: 2026-10-17
Before you use a photo of a person on AI Fitting Room — to create your own model or to try clothes on — the app asks for your consent in a short dialog (“Use your photo?”). This page explains that consent in full. It is part of our Terms of Service; how we handle the photo is described in our Privacy Policy. Creating a model from a photo or selfie of yourself is for adults (18 or older) only.
What you confirm
When you tick “I have read this and I agree” and continue, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The photo is of you, or the person in it is an adult who has agreed that you may use their photo this way.
- The photo does not show a child, other people who have not agreed, or nudity.
- You have the rights to the photo — for example, you took it, or the person who took it allowed you to use it.
- You will not use another person’s likeness without their permission, and you will not use generated images to pretend to be someone, to suggest that someone endorses something, or to harass or deceive anyone.
- You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the images generated from them.
Faces
You may add a face to a model only by taking a live selfie of yourself in the app. Do not upload a photo of a face — yours or anyone else’s — to change a model’s face. We are introducing face replacement for models made from an uploaded photo: the face in the photo is replaced with a generated face, so that no one’s identity is used.
Generated images are marked as AI-generated
You understand that every image the Service generates is disclosed as AI-generated:
- a label in the app says the image was made by AI;
- new images also carry an invisible, machine-readable marker in the file;
- new images carry a small visible “AI” badge on copies that leave the app, such as downloads;
- older images carry a visible “AI-GENERATED” label instead.
A generated image is not a photograph and is not an endorsement by anyone — not by the person shown, and not by the brand of any item in it. You must not remove or hide these markings. The details are in the Terms of Service.
How we use the photo
- Only to provide the Service to you: to create your model, generate try-ons and show them to you.
- We do not use your photo to recognise or identify you, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models.
- Your models are private. A model made from your photo or selfie shows a real person’s face, so it can never be published; only AI-generated models without a real person’s face can be, under our Community Guidelines.
Photos of children
Do not upload photos of children. Kids models that you create will be made from measurements only, without a photo and without a real person’s face, and kept private. Users aged 13 to 17 can use our models and models made from measurements, without a real person’s face.
The record we keep
When you agree, we record that you agreed, the version of the consent text you were shown, where you agreed (for example the website) and the time. The record does not include your photo. We keep it while your account exists and delete it together with your account. We ask again when the consent text changes materially.
Changing your mind
You can stop using a photo at any time. Deleting the model made from it removes the uploaded photo and the model’s measurements; the try-on images you generated with that model stay until you delete them or your account. Deleting your account on the Data & deletion page removes everything, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If your photo or likeness is used without your consent
If you believe someone used a photo of you, or an image that looks like you, without your permission, tell us. Use the report option next to the image, or the form on our Support page. You do not need an account. A person reviews every report, and we may remove the image or model while we look into it. Complaints about copyright in a photo follow our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
