Copyright / DMCA Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-17
VESQOR LLC (“we”, “us”) respects the intellectual property of others and expects the people who use AI Fitting Room — the website at tryon.vesqorai.com and the AI Fitting Room Chrome extension (the “Service”) — to do the same. This policy explains how to tell us that material on the Service infringes your copyright, how to respond if your material was removed, and what happens to accounts that infringe repeatedly. It follows the notice-and-takedown procedure of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. A complaint about a photo of your face or body used without your permission is not a copyright matter — report it as described in our Photo & Likeness Consent.
What this covers
People upload photos of themselves and of garments, and, where the feature is offered, may publish models that other people can use. If you believe that something uploaded to, generated on, or published through the Service copies your work without permission — for example a photograph you took, or product photography you own — you can send us a notice.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice to our Copyright Agent (details below). Your notice must be in writing and must include:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or, for several works, a representative list);
- identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough information for us to find it — for example the link to a shared look, or the link to or ID of the image or model;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, an email address where we can reach you;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
A notice that leaves out these elements may not be effective. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Before you send a notice, consider whether the use may be authorized or a fair use.
What we do when we receive a valid notice
- We remove the material or disable access to it promptly.
- We tell the person who uploaded or published it, through the app where we can, and send them a copy of the notice or its substance. That copy may include your name and the details in your notice.
- We record the notice against that person’s account for our repeat-infringer policy.
Counter-notice: if your material was removed
If your material was removed because of a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send our Copyright Agent a counter-notice. It must be in writing and must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, postal address and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice, or that person’s agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we send a copy to the person who sent the original notice. We restore the material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice that the person who sent the original notice has filed a court action to stop the infringement.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright. An account that receives three valid copyright notices that were not successfully countered is closed. We may close an account sooner for a serious or deliberate infringement, and we may also remove published models and stop a person from publishing models again.
